Responsibility

  • care Dynamics is a dynamic Healthcare Provider and working with clients within the community
  • weekly Rotas - Ensuring all Weekly rotas are completed and sent in advance
  • compliance - Ensuring the Support Worker files are fully compliant at all times in line with CQC regulations and company policy
  • managing in house databases to ensure up to date information is accessible at all times
  • dealing with communication from Support Workers, Service Users, Family Members and other Multi-Disciplinary Team members
  • out of Hours on Call on a rota basis
  • we are currently looking for an Assistant Care & Rota Manager to be based at our Bournemouth office to take responsibility for assisting the manager to support our clients
  • general administration and office duties. Read and analyse daily care notes and prepare a daily report and action alerts and concerns
