  • pay extra for care staff who do not have long shifts, to ensure it’s worth their while
  • we pay advances of up to 80% of what you earn
  • between 07:00am to 2.30pm
  • pay retainer fees if we cannot give you the hours you require and offer extra paid training and development to boost your hours
