Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • liaising with other care professionals, social workers, and staff in creating person centred care plans
  • conduct care worker spot checks and supervision
  • delivering personal care and support at a senior level
  • take part in Shadowing/Training new care support workers
  • conduct care plan reviews and risk assessment
  • responds to emergencies and provide guidance and support to care workers
  • prepare staff rotas for your geographical patch and ensure rotas are covered properly. We currently use People Planner and Access Care Planning to do our rotas
  • the willingness to work hours according to the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays
