Responsibility
- to visit service users at times directed by the care coordinators and management
- to help care for service users who are dying and need end of life care
- to make and change beds
- light cleaning
- to be particularly vigilant for signs of distress or anxiety in service users; any deterioration in physical and/or mental health, or safety of the environment, and to report these as a matter of urgency to your manager
- emptying commodes
- to assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, bathing and going to the toilet
- to help service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence and help in the use and care of aids and personal equipment
