1.To ensure the homes Statement of Purpose is in place and appropriate to the service delivery of the home
2.To manage the children’s home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the regulatory body, all relevant legislation, local authority policies and procedures, the company policy and procedures
to take the lead to produce an annual development/action plan for the home, setting and reviewing targets and objectives ensuring the home remains focused with a clear direction in the delivery of a high-quality service to meet needs of the children and young people in the care of the home
19. To ensure all the required documentation by the regulators is completed to a high standard and made available for inspections, checks or as requested
14. To monitor and review procedures setting in place processes to ensure the service is compliant with government regulations, the company policy and procedure working to ensure a good quality of service is delivered meeting care standards
28. To investigate Grievances as required by the company policy and procedures
to ensure complaints and concerns are positively actioned and dealt with correctly
