  • 1.To ensure the homes Statement of Purpose is in place and appropriate to the service delivery of the home
  • 2.To manage the children’s home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the regulatory body, all relevant legislation, local authority policies and procedures, the company policy and procedures
  • to take the lead to produce an annual development/action plan for the home, setting and reviewing targets and objectives ensuring the home remains focused with a clear direction in the delivery of a high-quality service to meet needs of the children and young people in the care of the home
  • 19. To ensure all the required documentation by the regulators is completed to a high standard and made available for inspections, checks or as requested
  • 5.To ensure the security and confidentially of all records and information relating to the service delivery
  • ensure that sufficient back up resources are available for out of hours and emergency situations
