  • ✅ Setting Out & Machining Stairs - Ensure accuracy in stair layout and production
  • ✅ Tool Mastery - Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialist machinery with precision
  • ✅ Quality Control - Maintain strict quality standards to uphold our reputation for excellence
  • ✅ Collaboration - Work closely with the Production Manager and wider team to meet project goals efficiently

Requirements

  • ✔ Proven experience as a Bench Joiner/Machinist
  • ✔ Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings
  • ✔ Expertise in timber milling, assembly, and setting out joinery elements
  • ✔ High level of precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
  • ✔ Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
  • ✔ Passion for delivering exceptional joinery solutions
