Responsibility

  • oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations
  • supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
  • develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, particularly focusing on dementia and senior care
  • ensure medication administration is conducted safely and in accordance with established protocols
  • the salary will be reviewed once the occupancy increases
  • you will be capable of hitting the ground running
  • evidence of supervisory leadership and management experience
  • knowledge and experience of Dementia and managing safeguarding referrals
