Responsibility
- responsibility 1 – To pro-actively manage the day to day bar and function room operations
- responsibility 2 – You will be trained in beverage mangement and will have responsibility in cellar management, event management, cash handling, cash up and shift management
- responsibility 3 - With split roles between two additional bar supervisors, you will be required to lock up the premises during evening shifts, accept our weekly delivery and undertake a line clean on a rotational basis
- to be able to promote products, understand the clubs processes, including menus, service style, function room set up ect
- to deal with any customer feedback or complaints and report any service or quality issues to the food & beverage manager

- two-year minimum experience working in a food and beverage environment or customer service role
- written and verbal communication skills
- passion for customer service
- attention to detail
