Responsibility
- design and create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- oversee the entire design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
- collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- conduct client meetings and presentations to gather feedback, discuss design concepts, and provide updates on project progress
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously improve the quality of our products
- work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer
- proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- with over 13 years of experience in the UK, Europe and Asia, CAD is also currently expanding into the USA
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
- A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
