Responsibility
- we are recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and motivated people to join our online sales department based in Peterborough
- main responsibilities will include
- dealing with customer enquires in a timely and professional manner
- first point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by and email and LiveChat
- handle any customer service queries to satisfaction
- identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a “sales by service” approach
- you will be working as part of our customer service team taking a mix of inbound sales enquires, making outbound calls, liaising with our customers and being their first point of contact for enquires via telephone, email and online Live Chat
- this role would be perfect for a people person who loves to work in a fast paced environment, welcomes a challenge, enjoys sales and making uncapped commission on top of their basic salary
