Responsibility
- internship Recruitment- Lead on graduate recruitment process both at an Undergraduate, Master’s and PhD level
- map out beginning to end process and timelines per target university in both the US and UK
- develop deep knowledge of relevant courses and build robust relationships with professors and course leaders
- produce standardised adverts and processes that can be used year on year
- plan and attend careers fairs, and deliver bespoke presentations in creative ways to engage students
- work with front office stakeholders to determine target universities, shortlisting and interviews
- ATS- Ensure all recruitment is channelled through the Application Tracking System
- provide pastoral care to summer interns and CAPs
Requirements
- educated to a degree level
- professional and effective in both verbal and written communication
- high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- ability to work as part of a team
- maintain appropriate confidentiality of information relating to Capula and its staff and maintain compliance with GDPR
- adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times
