Responsibility
- manage a portfolio of sites with full responsibility for ensuring that planning applications and appeals are successful
- have a thorough understanding of Town Planning & Country Planning legislation, relevant sections of the Telecommunications Act
- telecommunications Act /Electronic Communications Code
- relevant Town Planning legislation such as Town and Country Planning Act
- work closely with Project Managers, Surveyors, Designers & other Town Planners
- provide high-quality, professional town planning advice to both internal and external stakeholders
- be effective at making suggestions for improvements to existing work flows/practices that add value to our processes and client satisfaction
- understand, promote and comply with QA, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
- membership of the RTPI or progressing application highly desirable
- both private & public sector town planning experience desirable
- minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the same role preferred
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- have a full driving licence and be able to attend site visits
