Responsibility
- all aspects of print production, including pre-print artwork checks, operating large-format equipment and post-print finishing, packing and dispatching of orders
- organising the production schedule and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- managing production staff, instilling a collective team environment and leading by example
- quality control, maintaining our highest standards on all orders
- stock management, including stock taking and ordering, as well as checking goods-in correlate with what has been ordered
- ensuring that all production, customer and storage areas are kept safe, clean and tidy
- following our sustainability processes, including the monitoring and reducing of waste materials and correct disposal of recyclable and non-recyclable materials
- following and implementing health and safety measures
