Responsibility
- budget planning and controls for all jobs, monitoring and evaluation of the same throughout till completion
- pricing new projects using in-house cost templates, rates and software
- formulating labour plans for employees and subcontractors
- purchase orders for sub-contractors
- production of client finishes schedules
- risk management, contingency planning and management of the critical path, including logging delays/alterations and communicating this effectively to all stakeholders
- quality assurance through on-site inspections of works
- detailed project planning from the start to finish of each project ensuring targets are deliverables are met. Production of user-friendly O & M manuals on completion
Requirements
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements, both on site and within the office domain
- good understanding and commercially aware in areas of construction, property management and development
- strong ability to multi-task whilst prioritising work load and time manage efficiently
- the ability to work under your own initiative and at times under pressure
