Responsibility
- be responsible for the daily organisation of construction operatives in line with the project schedule
- allocation of trade teams
- take offs and Materials Requisitions
- ongoing monitoring and compliance with Construction Phase Programme
- required to communicate human and equipment resource requirements to senior teams
- be responsible for the quality management of all construction works on site with focus on workmanship standards
- will liaise with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in order to bring the project in on time and within budget

Requirements
- site Managers Safety Training Scheme or equivalent
- black CSCS Card
- awareness of contract site health & safety requirements
- A good awareness of how to carry out a sufficient Risk Assessment
- leadership qualities
- quality focused, attention to detail
- experience/knowledge of all elements of construction works
- excellent Communication, Coordination and Time Management Skills
