Responsibility

  • supporting one of the Senior Adviser within the firm to provide exceptional service to all clients
  • provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants
  • providing an end to end support function by arranging client agreement in principles and full mortgage applications
  • responsible for administering and progressing applications, managing leads
  • the expert packaging of supporting documentation for the lender
  • liaising with 3rd parties, clients, and consultants
  • the completion of all compliance related tasks on time
  • great organisation skills in order to manage your own day

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • mortgage industry expeirence of 2 years minimum and 5 years preferable
  • be an effective comminucator, both verbal and written
  • be highly organised and comfortable handling 20 - 30 new applications a month
  • microsoft Suite - Proficient user
  • the ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
  • be a problem solver and enjoy working in a fast paced enviroment
  • have a good grasp of basic maths and computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • mortgage Administration: 2 years

  • telephone Sales: 1 year
  • mortgage Advisers are able to join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification . Ideally hold full CeMAP qualification or RO6, therefore we would encourage you to obtain before or during the role
  • hammersmith: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
