Responsibility

  • manage your own ledger, ranging from sole traders, to small to medium enterprises and larger organisations alike
  • effectively manage and prioritise all inbound emails sent to our commercial team email inbox
  • establish contact with new and existing customers via email and telephone
  • liaise with customers and clients to expedite query resolution
  • reconciliation of accounts
  • prioritise workload to maximise collections and efficiency
  • possess the ability to utilise your own initiative to negotiate payment arrangements and set up affordable repayment plans for customers if payment in full cannot be collected
