Responsibility

  • the HR Advisors role will support the HR Business Partner through the delivery of an efficient HR service to the business
  • the HR Advisor will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers in line with employment law and best practice

  • supporting with the investigation of all disciplinary matters, ensuring employment law and company policy are adhered to
