answer telephone and email enquiries efficiently and use initiative to find solutions where necessary
manage all personal and professional outgoing and incoming email correspondence across Managing Directors accounts while remaining discreet
complete all administrative tasks as required with precision, including sub-contractor forms, HR documents and drawing up policies
proactive diary and schedule management of MD
assist with marketing and sales projects when required
anticipate the needs of the Managing Directors and other staff and act accordingly, such as reminding them of meetings or tasks, scheduling emails, and acting on outstanding emails or projects during busier times
create and send accurately written quotations and appointment bookings
assist the office in a professional and confidential manner at all times and work to enhance the company’s image and standards
Requirements
our ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experiences as a Personal Assistant and is well verse in taking on a wide range of tasks without compromising the standard of their work
the role will also involve using initiative on a daily basis to ensure the Managing Directors are able to work as productively as possible, so a proactive nature is required

deliver high quality customer service with careful attention to detail
use initiative and problem solving skills to analyse scenarios and locate leaks
travel within county, surrounding counties and further where required
