Responsibility

  • goldman's capital contractors is looking for a Bodyshop Shop Manager to join our team
  • this position will be responsible for the overall management of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • the ideal candidate will have a background in these functions and as a result will have a deep understanding of shop operations

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of management experience in a retail or service environment required
  • automotive repair experience preferred, but not required
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • must be comfortable with computers and able to learn new programs quickly
  • must be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
