Responsibility

  • managing all service bookings and scheduling for our team of field service engineers
  • answering incoming calls to the service department from customers and waste suppliers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages
  • invoicing service work
  • issuing RAMS to clients prior to visits
  • monitoring and following up on repairs to ensure machines continue to meet health & safety requirements
  • processing purchase orders and progressing suppliers
  • processing job sheets from field service engineers
  • ensuring internal database/systems and company portals are utilised and maintained

  • assisting with technical queries from customers, suppliers and our own sales and service teams
  • providing technical support and consultancy for turnkey bespoke system design, build, and installation projects
  • supporting development and maintenance of product Operator Manuals and Technical Files
  • essential requirements
  • prior experience working in a project management capacity within a technical/engineering sector
  • working as a key member of the technical team collaborating with the Technical Director, our machinery compliance specialists, manufacturing management, in-house CAD team and sales managers on a variety of applications
