managing all service bookings and scheduling for our team of field service engineers
answering incoming calls to the service department from customers and waste suppliers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages
invoicing service work
issuing RAMS to clients prior to visits
monitoring and following up on repairs to ensure machines continue to meet health & safety requirements
processing purchase orders and progressing suppliers
processing job sheets from field service engineers
ensuring internal database/systems and company portals are utilised and maintained
Requirements
previous experience in a customer service/administration/support/planning role
