- to promote an aspirational culture for learners’ punctuality, attendance, and retention in liaison with Personal Tutors and the course team, to improve performance and meet College targets
- 15. To co-ordinate regular assessment of learners, provide prompt feedback to them and complete progress reports
- you will be responsible to coach, mentor and support individual teacher as well as create and deliver training sessions locally and at cross-college professional development days
- this role will provide support in improving Teaching, Learning and Assessment across WKC, and support the Post Inspection Action Plan to improve WKC Ofsted outcome to a Grade 2
