• we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Barber to join our team
• perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other services with precision and attention to detail

• stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering and incorporate them into your work to provide your services

• mentor and train junior barbers, providing guidance on techniques, customer service, and professional development

• manage appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely service delivery

• our team consists of fun, friendly & passionate barbers – no egos allowed. All successful candidates go through Capello standard training to get them shop floor ready
• build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service
• handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently
• as a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality barbering services to our clients while also mentoring and guiding Graduate Barbers
• work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the barber shop
• the ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of barbering, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• uphold company standards and policies at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• proven experience as a Barber with a minimum of 2 years fully qualified
• extensive knowledge of barbering techniques, styles, and trends
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
