Working hours

Responsibility

  • provide 1st and 2nd Line Support face to face at client sites as well as using remote access software
  • integrate into small IT team and build relationships with client and supplier teams
  • responsible for solving hardware and software problems and prioritising faults
  • setting up and configuring IT systems and software for users, in accordance with company standards
  • project planning and implementation, maintain IT related documentation & helpdesk

Requirements

  • proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products
  • proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
  • working technical knowledge of current software protocols, and Internet standards
  • extensive experience with core software applications, including MS365, educational packages
  • excellent software troubleshooting experience
  • extensive application support experience within school environment would be an advantage
  • working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows 8.1/10, Apple Products, applications & operating systems
  • technical support: 5 years
