  • every Canyon employee must be able to communicate with our customers effectively. It is critical you have a great telephone manner and excellent written skills

  • this could be from working in a bike shop, riding for a number of years, a misspent youth reading too many bike mags or previous industry experience
  • it is vital that you're passionate about bikes and have a desire to share your passion for the sport either face to face at events, on the phone, via Chat or by email
  • computer literate, strong organisational and admin skills

Responsibility

  • A significant part of this is a service centre to handle customer enquiries at all stages of the sales process
  • as an online only business, providing the best possible customer service experience is integral to our business
  • the Canyon operation in the UK was set up in 2012 to provide sales, marketing, technical service and customer support to the UK market
  • we have an expanding and dedicated team in the UK and are looking to develop this further through addition of a number of key staff appointments in the coming weeks
