Requirements
- CANTO was established in 1992 to provide training and personal development for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties and/or Behavioural Issues
- be a team player.
- have good understanding of ICT to be able to troubleshoot issues that arise in delivery rooms.
- be able to address low/medium level behaviours and use the appropriate strategies to manage these.
- students also undertake work placements both at our work centre and in external companies
- be able to keep calm in difficult and challenging situations.
- staff also plan activity days and community placements to further enhance their learning experience and helping them to reach their potential
- be able to prioritise tasks in order to achieve the best outcome for all
