have good understanding of ICT to be able to troubleshoot issues that arise in delivery rooms.
be able to address low/medium level behaviours and use the appropriate strategies to manage these.
students also undertake work placements both at our work centre and in external companies
be able to keep calm in difficult and challenging situations.
staff also plan activity days and community placements to further enhance their learning experience and helping them to reach their potential
be able to prioritise tasks in order to achieve the best outcome for all
