Requirements

  • CANTO was established in 1992 to provide training and personal development for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties and/or Behavioural Issues
  • be a team player.​
  • have good understanding of ICT to be able to troubleshoot issues that arise in delivery rooms.​
  • be able to address low/medium level behaviours and use the appropriate strategies to manage these.​
  • students also undertake work placements both at our work centre and in external companies
  • be able to keep calm in difficult and challenging situations.​
  • staff also plan activity days and community placements to further enhance their learning experience and helping them to reach their potential
  • be able to prioritise tasks in order to achieve the best outcome for all
