- able to adopt the CANTO ethos and be committed to work with people with learning difficulties and assist them in reaching their potential
- students also undertake work placements both at our work centre and in external companies
- staff also plan activity days and community placements to further enhance their learning experience and helping them to reach their potential
- over this period of time we have become recognised as a specialist provider, particularly with young people with medium to severe learning difficulties
Responsibility
- to complete accurate records of the sessions in order to provide feedback to the Programme Lead and Programme Managers
- to maintain a clean and welcoming environment within their session room at all times
- to undertake other duties as requested by the Programme Lead and Senior Manager to further enhance the learning experience for those attending the project
- to provide personal care and administer medication where required
