Responsibility

  • process accounts payable invoices and Credit Card Transactions
  • review and reconcile vendor statements
  • assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
  • maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • reconcile Cash/Card Receipts
  • reconcile Cash Sheets, Petty Cash and Bank Accounts

Requirements

  • previous experience in Bookeeping required
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
