Responsibility
- build key relationships with clients through proactive, regular contact and excelling their expectations by providing first rate service
- provide advice on the best products / tests for client’s circumstances and needs
- feedback on client, competitor, and market activity to marketing, service and product development teams
- create client quotations and follow up to ensure maximum conversion and repeat business opportunities
- ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 in addition to all departmental procedures, policies, and protocols
- work with the marketing team for regional and online lead generation campaigns
- meet monthly financial goals and associated KPIs by engaging with and selling the services of our award-winning laboratory to prospects and clients from the family legal sector and, where needed, other relevant business groups
- represent the company at sales events / client conferences /client meetings when needed
Requirements
- sales
- excellent spoken, written communication and negotiation skills
- account management
- proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- outstanding attention to detail and accurate, detailed recording of information
- A consultative and advisory approach to clients’ needs
- proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- experience in customer support is a plus
