  • deliver first-class customer service at all times to a broad range of clients
  • perform a variety of beauty services, must be at least two of the following
  • retail professional salon products as part of the aftercare service and when on reception
  • manage and maintain the high standards of excellence of the salon
  • uphold stringent cleanliness and health and safety standards

Requirements

  • NVQ 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • strong retail sales experience
  • outstanding customer service skills
  • quality driven with excellent attention to detail
  • ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa
  • beauty: 5 years
