attend senior management meetings, monitor agreed performance measures and help shape direction and goals. Manage Action Points from meeting to ensure progress
provide operational management and support in the absence of SMT
help ensure staff and subcontractors follow and deliver on the business objectives and values and ensuring safety, fun and learning are embedded in our delivery
