Responsibility

  • job Description: Senior Administrator
  • reporting to: Ashley Kenlock
  • contract: Permanent
  • hours: Full Time including some weekends and evenings
  • based: Kempston
  • attend senior management meetings, monitor agreed performance measures and help shape direction and goals. Manage Action Points from meeting to ensure progress
  • provide operational management and support in the absence of SMT
  • help ensure staff and subcontractors follow and deliver on the business objectives and values and ensuring safety, fun and learning are embedded in our delivery
