- working in tandem with the current CS Supervisor
- receiving customer orders and processing them onto the ERP system
- liaising with customers and keep them informed of the progress of their orders
- resolving any customer complaints
- sourcing Products
- answering numerous telephone/email queries
- placing orders approved suppliers
- updating spreadsheets
- receiving customer orders for Specials and acknowledging receipt
- liaising with customers and keep them informed of the progress of their orders
- resolving any customer complaints
- updating the SAP CRM as required
- answering numerous telephone/email queries
- placing orders with Procurement
- ringing customers back with ETA for their order when it is not going to be a next day service
- the suitable candidate will receive more detailed training on the job
