Requirements
proven leadership experience in the Health and Social Care sector
in-depth knowledge of CQC compliance, quality assurance and financial management
strong troubleshooting skills
A minimum of one year’s experience of leadership or management within a care setting
ideally, a Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Care
excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
ability and willingness to travel across the UK for site visits
CQC: 5 years
Responsibility
staying updated on developments in the care sector and Care Quality Commission and communicating these effectively to our homes
reviewing and revising relevant documentation, policies, and procedures
conducting regular visits to our homes to support quality improvements
delivering high-quality training to our home teams
supporting our Registered Manager Forums and encouraging networking and sharing of best practice
working with the Group Head of Quality & Compliance on development, review and implementation of quality assurance, management systems and processes, helping to embed an effective framework of clinical governance and quality care across the organisation
