Requirements
- proven leadership experience in the Health and Social Care sector
- in-depth knowledge of CQC compliance, quality assurance and financial management
- strong troubleshooting skills
- A minimum of one year’s experience of leadership or management within a care setting
- ideally, a Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Care
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
- ability and willingness to travel across the UK for site visits
- CQC: 5 years
Responsibility
- staying updated on developments in the care sector and Care Quality Commission and communicating these effectively to our homes
- reviewing and revising relevant documentation, policies, and procedures
- conducting regular visits to our homes to support quality improvements
- delivering high-quality training to our home teams
- supporting our Registered Manager Forums and encouraging networking and sharing of best practice
- working with the Group Head of Quality & Compliance on development, review and implementation of quality assurance, management systems and processes, helping to embed an effective framework of clinical governance and quality care across the organisation
