Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • handling emails from existing customers, protection advisors, or other insurers
  • ensuring actions or requests are completed in a timely fashion
  • communicating with advisors and insurance providers, transferring them to the correct department
  • maintaining accurate records and databases of insurance policies and transactions
  • preparing reports and statistics on insurance activities
  • updating and maintaining customer records and databases using our CRM system
  • collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • experience in customer service or an administrative role desirable
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ideally, familiarity with customer relationship management tools and principles
