  • you also may be asked to support our legal team in day-to-day legal operations matters
  • we are available in 40 countries with clients across industries in the Global 2,000 using Candex to engage and pay their suppliers quickly, compliantly, and at scale
  • responsiveness to internal requests and active monitoring of communications is critical

Requirements

  • minimum 3-5 years UK Paralegal experience is required. Legally qualified candidates are also welcomed
  • highly organized and process minded, with attention to detail
  • ability work independently and effectively manage projects by tracking against deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in easy-to-understand language
  • proactive and self-motivated
  • great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and regions at all levels
  • desire and ability to develop a working knowledge of our Platform and business model
  • experience working internationally is a strong plus
