purchase order system administration and support with staff training in this area
organise and correctly account for all income streams for Trust
manage Bank account and other account reconciliations
to address outstanding debt to ensure no accruals in all areas of academy finance
co-ordinating and completing administrative routines relating to orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll and the receipt and distribution of goods and services
engage with all audit and control reviews, preparing papers and records as required
