Responsibility
- we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef to join our vibrant cafe in beautiful, unique surroundings in Weston-super-Mare
- if you have at least 1 year experience in this sector, we’d love to hear from you
- preparing high quality meals for customers from the menu and ensuring food is served in good time and well presented
- working with the management team to develop menus using fresh, good quality and healthy ingredients for the café
- assisting with menu pricing

- overseeing the preparation of food ensuring they match menu specifications and meet the quality standard and presentation
- we provide an excellent level of customer service and a high standard of food and drink at a quick speed of service. We strive to maintain these consistently high standards across all our sites
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting
- knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- strong understanding of food safety practices
- excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- creativity and passion for culinary arts
- strong communication and teamwork skills
