Responsibility
- you will be capable of designing a large scale web application from the ground up
- can Studios' development team work with a range of clients to build world class training and education platforms. As an ethical company we take pride in helping people around the globe - from school pupils and teachers to refugee camp managers
- using modern tools and techniques all staff are involved in our agile development process. We encourage the team to communicate through daily stand ups and everyone's opinion matters from specification to delivery
- across our portfolio we predominantly use popular frameworks for MySQL and PHP at the backend, with a few projects based on Node.js
- you will be involved from concept to completion, and should consider deployment, scalability and security at all times and try to help the team implement best practice on a daily basis
- the ideal candidate will have sufficient skills to get stuck into projects from day one, and a desire to learn and get involved in new innovations as part of their career development
- you will be building and deploying rich applications to AWS cloud interfaces in HTML, Javascript and CSS from design documents provided by our creative staff or clients
