we run a fleet of over 110 vehicles with a diverse client base; ranging from general haulage to specialised glass
you will be required to build strong client relationships with an emphasis on excellent customer service
this is a client specific role, based in Selby in a very busy office
plan loads ensuring deliveries are on time and exceed KPI’s
we are a local family run business that, due to continued expansion, now requires an additional Customer Service Advisor to join our existing dedicated and professional team to be based on the Pallet Network desk
experience with Palletforce/Pallet Network or a similar operation would be beneficial
ensure bespoke computer systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner
assist with planning workloads ensuring compliance with driver’s hours and working time directive legislation
