Responsibility

  • source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, cold e-mails, and inbound lead follow-up calls
  • understand our customer’s needs and requirements to identify sales and upselling opportunities
  • contact inactive and declining customers to reactive them by generating additional/repeat orders
  • identify Sales leads by researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
  • respond to incoming customer calls or e-mails, provide product information or pricing information, advising on stock availability and lead times
  • follow up estimates sent, and any outstanding leads that have not yet been resolved
  • maintain and expand the Sales database using CRM software
  • keep up to date with product and service information and competitors offers

Requirements

  • french/German Language
  • proven outbound Sales experience
  • track record of over-achieving objectives
  • excellent telephone presence and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage own time effectively
  • strong numeracy skills for accurate and quick calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages
