- to offer learning opportunities and ensure mentorship requirements are met
- participate in the Area on call rota as required
- to carry out lead responsibilities on behalf of the SMT
- ensure that lessons are learnt throughout the service, using reactive and proactive systems and supporting the service to ensure that learning is translated into practice improvements/examples of good practice by clinical teams
