Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- approving and posting supplier invoices
- reconciling Xero to supplier statements
- raising customer invoices and matching against POs
- month end checks and reconciliations
- processing weekly CIS subcontractor invoices and sending remittances
- CIS verification of subcontractors
- you will also be required to maintain and produce reporting where required to track project progress
- monitoring and processing a variety of different types of invoices received into the accounts inbox into Xero and CMX
Requirements
- you will have at least 2 years bookkeeping experience
- experience of using Xero would be an advantage but not essential
- AAT Qualification
- accounting: 2 years
- bookkeeping: 1 year
