Responsibility

  • preparing reports for senior management and/or NEDs/Trustees
  • the role will also include the recruitment of employed drivers and volunteers, together with assistance from the Trustees, and the management of all staff, both employed and volunteers
  • rostering duties for staff, arranging holidays and training, and monitoring of sickness records
  • cleaning and maintenance of the office premises
  • organise MIDAS training and maintain records of all drivers and volunteers’ status
