Requirements

  • prior experience in property management is preferred, but not essential
  • full UK driving licence
  • positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • computer literate and comfortable using a suite of software used to carry out and manage daily responsibilities
