- we are seeking a Customer Services Administrator who will be responsible for, helping customers with any queries, in a friendly helpful manner, taking and inputting customer orders, while liaising with our drivers, bakers and packing team, salary depending on experience
- helping customers and assisting with queries
Requirements
- 1 year office, environment preferred
- attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate and high-quality standards
- friendly with excellent communication skills
- previous Knowledge of “Cybake” an advantage but not essential
- enthusiastic and professional team player, with a “can do!” attitude
