Responsibility
- oversight of end-to-end order processing
- managing stock on our system & keeping track of movements
- responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy
- liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK & EU
- checking all inbound & outbound stock movements & ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- logging order issue data for monthly metric reporting
- clearly communicate any order issues to our Customer Support Team and work closely with them for their timely resolution
- allocate & manage stock allocation to ensure products and parts are available
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal skills
- an organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise, and a strong eye for detail
- preferably previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations
- logistics: 2 years
