  • working with Marketing and Sales support to process and manage all inbound sales leads from enquiry to order
  • building strong relationships with decision makers
  • updating database record with correct information and cleansing data where necessary
  • maintaining an up to date knowledge base of products and services in the market place
  • keeping up to date on market trends and new technologies
  • working towards your individual and team sales targets
  • contacting Business prospects via phone, email, and social media to qualify them on their telecoms requirements and as such creating new opportunities
  • identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling solutions

Requirements

  • previous sales experience
  • excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • ambition and able to use initiative
  • target driven with a hunger to succeed
