Requirements

  • CNC Sliding Head setting experience using Star and / or Citizen
  • ability to self-inspect and work to tight tolerances
  • edit programs using Fanuc controls
  • ability to operate more than one machine at a time
  • statistical Process Control
  • turning of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and plastics
  • motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • inspect components to fine BS tolerances using specialist equipment to check the manufactured component to the technical drawing
