- we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist, specializing in 3rd line helpdesk and field support
- continuously updating technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
- other ad hoc duties as required, including the potential to travel to client premises
- ensuring incidents and service requests are properly logged, categorized, prioritized, and resolved within agreed service level agreements
Requirements
- good sense of humour
- articulate, well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- organised, with excellent attention to detail
- desire to learn new skills
- excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- at least three years of experience in an IT related role
- candidate should be ready to hit the ground running and be self-motivated
- experience with cloud technologies is essential
