Responsibility
- ensuring service and maintenance system workflows are updated and completed
- CAM Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd is a family business, working Nationally on a range of HVAC and refrigeration projects across a varied client base of contractors and end users
- to provide a high level of customer service to the customer
- we are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team working within the service department to help provide a focused service to all our clients and contract delivery
- to work collaboratively within a small team to achieve shared objectives
- the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the growth and success of the business
- monitoring quote requests and chasing engineers/subcontractors for job updates on daily basis
- book in works, raise PO's and order parts as required
